Flat Monkey Bars
The FLAT monkey bars are perfect for rooms with high, slanted or a dropdown ceiling. Build a tailor-made ladder structure at your preferred height with the flat monkey bars going across. It will give your room an open and airy feel. Leave enough space between the flat monkey bars and the ceiling, so your kids can hang ON the monkey bars, and put their legs through to hang UPSIDE DOWN!

When installed properly the flat monkey bars hold up to 250 lbs. We recommend consulting with a licensed General Contractor to evaluate space and walls for safety for all installations and weight limitations.
The FLAT monkey bars are perfect for rooms with high, slanted or dropdown ceilings. You can build a ladder structure that perfectly fits your room. When there is enough space between the monkey bars and the ceiling your kids can put their legs through and hang upside down as well!
To help your kids get to the monkey bars, you can build a vertical ladder with flat monkey bars along the wall or purchase one of our wooden hanging ladders. To create a stand alone structure you can put a vertical ladder on either side. The horizontal part is ideal to screw in our ceiling hooks and attach one of our swings or ladders.
TIPS FOR HORIZONTAL LADDER
* Lumber studs size 2 x 6 for ladder up to 10ft
* Lumber studs size 2 x 8 for ladder up to 12ft
* Lumber studs size 2 x 12 for ladder up to 12 ft if you wrap the studs with wood
* Bars need to be screwed in the center of the wood on the long end
