Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays and peak sales periods may affect your shipping timeframe. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. * Please note: Products from our Montessori collection are processed within 2 hours after ordering and can therefore not be cancelled.
Almost all of our Project Playrooms items are custom made especially for you, and are therefore NOT RETURNABLE.
In the rare occasion that an item arrived damaged or that you received the wrong item, please take a photo within 48 hours of delivery and email them to email@example.com. If we are unable to replace your item we will process a refund.
MONKEY BARS: PLEASE CHECK FOR DAMAGES WITHIN 48 HOURS
The Monkey Bars are not returnable, but of course we will replace any bar that arrives damaged. Please email us photos of damages bars within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Damaged bars reported after 48 hours of receiving your shipment will not be replaced.
MONKEY BARS SHIPPED TO ALASKA, HAWAII OR CANADA ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Monkey bars can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but they are NOT RETURNABLE even if they arrive with chipped paint. This is due to the cost of shipping and in the case of Canada due to customs opening the boxes and not always being considerate when closing it again. This can result in the monkey bars rubbing against each other in transit and damaging the paint. For shipping information to Canada click here.
