Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays and peak sales periods may affect your shipping timeframe. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Almost all of our Project Playrooms items are custom made especially for you, and are therefore NOT RETURNABLE. The only exception are our Monkey Bars. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your Monkey Bars and tell us whether you want to cancel the order and receive a refund or exchange the item. The instructions on how to return the monkey bars are included below.
In the rare occasion that an item arrived damaged or that you received the wrong item, please take a photo within 24 hours of delivery and email them to email@example.com. If we are unable to replace your item we will process a refund.
TO RETURN THE MONKEY BARS
The monkey bars need to be unused and in their original boxes to be eligible for return. For best protection, please make sure to securely wrap each bar individually before putting it back in the box. It is best to alternate the bars and weave bubble wrap in between as well as adding bubble wrap to the top and bottom of the box.
We are only able to refund bars that arrive undamaged. A refund of the full cost of the goods will be issued within 14 days of receiving them. We are unable to refund any delivery charges you may have been charged at the time of ordering or pay for returns postage.
MONKEY BARS SHIPPED TO CANADA ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Monkey bars can be shipped to Canada, but they are NOT RETURNABLE even if they arrive damaged. This is due to the cost of shipping and due to customs opening the boxes and not always being considerate when closing it again. This can result in the monkey bars rubbing against each other in transit and damaging the paint. For shipping information to Canada click here.
