SHIPPING
All our neon signs are made to order and will take 4-5 weeks to arrive at your doorstep from the time you submit your order. The cost of shipping is $45 per sign.

Returns & Cancellations

Almost all of our products are custom made especially for you, and are therefore NOT RETURNABLE. The only exception are our Monkey Bars (unless shipped to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska), and of course if a product arrives damaged. Our full return & cancellation policy can be found here.
