Smart D2 Playrooms has changed the name, logo and website to Project Playroom
New York. January 2022: Smart D2 Playrooms, a partnership between Smart Playrooms and D2 Interieurs has announced that they are changing the name of the playroom brand to Project Playroom. Project Playroom, a pioneer in educational, modern and well designed playroom products believes the change in name elevates the focus on the DIY consumers who want the look of a designer playroom but have a do it yourself attitude and budget. The rebrand includes a new name, logo and website.
“When we launched the playroom brand over a year ago we learned a lot about where we want to be in the next five to ten years. The new name, logo and website allows us to go in the direction that we envision for the company, which is focusing on the DIY customer. We are starting in the playroom, but eventually will be expanding into other furniture, accessoires, and decor categories such as dorm rooms and other kids rooms and more.” - explains Denise and Karri, co-founders of Project Playroom.

Project Playroom will continue to sell and design products that both parents and kids love.

The new name and look of the logo will enable the brand to evolve and grow into the company looking towards the future. Currently Project Playroom sells the most in demand physical play products and some playroom decor as well. Denise and Karri are launching new products in the Spring of 2022 and will continue to add select playroom products every season. Currently they are working on an exclusive collection of swings, playroom storage and additional playroom decor.
Project Playroom is also celebrating its first year anniversary of launching the online retail store which has been a silver lining to Covid. What better way to celebrate a first year anniversary than to move to a new domain www.projectplayroom.com with new social media handles and a new logo.
The new name makes it clear that the brand is for the DIY folks at home who want an educational and modern playspace without having to hire a playroom designer.
